Finally, a REAL battery for my Sony Camera September 1, 2010

The market is ripe with knock offs of the Lithium Ion batteries. I assume to avoid problems, Sony built in a test to see if the battery is a valid NP-BK1 battery. I have a battery on my desk that appears exactly the same, but is NOT. It's a knock off and my camera recognized it. While the situation is frustrating (I could not return it, since it was opened LONG after the purchase date), what's one to do to avoid the same problem.
Well, this seller provides a Sony battery at a very good price. I now have a spare that I can carry with me. The delivery was prompt. The product was EXACTLY what I purchased. No knock offs.
From my experience you won't go wrong with this seller / product.

I use this battery in my SONY camera. Once it is discharged and charged three times it delivers its maximum battery life. Be sure to discharge it completely to get best results.

Great Camcorder, Light Weight and Shape Image.
I have a 16GB memory card gives 2:30 recording time at 1080, 5:00 at 720.
Battery life last about an hour, so you do want to keep a spare with you.

This battery is just what I need for as my spare for my fly-in fishing to Canada. Can not see using a knock-off and have it not working correctly on the trip. I read the reviews and there were major problems when the knock-off battery was in the camera. It's worth the extra money for piece of mind and memories.
The battery arrived in one weeks time, very fast.
