Love the battery life with this new battery! It is so handy to have an extra battery on hand and fully charged for that special shot when it comes up! Highly recommend.

I have been using this for several months. I am buying a second one to replace the original Canon battery, which has run its course. Great value for the price. You need to fully charge these 3-5 times to get the maximum battery life, as with all batteries.
The very fine prints says to charge your battery for 10 hours before using it the first time. The next time it only takes 2 hours to charge it. You need to charge 3-5 times before the battery reaches its full capacity.

It does the job, and at least after a month of using it (every other day), its performance is comparable to the original canon.

We purchased the Maximal Power DB CAN NB-4L battery to have as a spare for my daughter's new Canon PowerShot SD780IS camera. We had had a bad battery life experience with a Samsung camera and wanted to be better prepared. Counting the one that came with the camera, she has two of these.
The battery charges in two hours and is ready to go. These batteries hold a charge so well, that my daughter has never had to use more than one battery during an entire event. She has taken the camera to the Otakon Convention in Baltimore and on two long trips to Minneapolis and Chicago. She never even had to recharge it or even use the second battery for the entire time of each event. I would recommend this battery to anyone with a Canon PowerShot SD780IS camera and other applicable models. It is a good value.

This is a great battery. After 2 full uses of both this one and the original Canon battery that came with my camera, they both seem to last the same and it works great. Plus it's a fraction of the cost of a Canon. Great deal!
