Works with Nikon D3000 July 20, 2010 G. Patel (Austin, TX) Everyone else has pretty much reviewed every aspect of this battery. Wanted to chip in that I use this as a spare for my Nikon D3000 and it works like a champ. It keeps up almost as long as the other battery (which is rated higher).
Good battery at a great price. June 8, 2010 Leninwtigger (Davis, CA) I haven't run any serious benchmarks but I think this battery is behaving exactly as the Nikon branded one. Then only circumstances when I notice that (both) batteries are drained is when I use LiveMode. Otherwise works perfectly.
I don't use flash often either.
BAtterries that really work April 3, 2010 Matthew J. Athas (Maine, USA) Super fast shipping. Product just as described. Worked really well with my camera. Will do business with again.
Good at first, but doesn't last. March 29, 2010 Nikon Owner (Corvallis, Oregon) I bought this as a spare battery when I purchased my Nikon camera. I was satisfied at the time, and ended up buying yet another one.
Fast forward ~18 months... and maybe 5-6 charges each battery...
I pulled out my camera after an extended period of unuse, and the battery was dead... well, I have spares... I swapped it out, and tried to charge this one... no luck, the Nikon charger won't even blink. Dead battery.
Tonight (<30 days later) I pull out the camera again. Guess what? Same thing... I put the Nikon battery in, and we're good to go... try to charge this one, and the charger won't even blink. Dead battery (and yes, the charger works fine with the Nikon battery... it's these batteries, not the charger.)
Two down, and no, I won't be buying these batteries again.
Started out great, but now it doesn't hold a charge. March 23, 2010 Team Sass (Arizona) At first this battery was great, it even lasted longer than the factory battery. But I've had it for about a year now, and don't use it anymore because it never holds a charge. I won't be buying this brand again.
